17 weeks pregnant and not showing - well i dont think so should i worry?

i missed my 1st app with my midwife and still havent met her cos she neva replied to messages, finally iv got an appointment but not for 2 weeks! my tummy got harder but now feels normal and im not showing im worried - should i be?
