Cats third eyelid partially closed, acting semi drowsy?

im a animal whisperer, but right now she isnt with me so, im pretty much guessing, shes old..?? usually when cats get fixed, they act differently, like my cat she had kittens then after a while we got her fixed, she was meen to her cats and everything, then she ran away, and never came back... all cats eat flies dude, they catch'em they eat'em .. but if the cat starts eating poop ... yes poop... that meens they have no more appetite.. and they might die soon..
