Are these books suitable or okay for a 15 year old to read?

Are the books Black Hawk Down by Mark Bowden, In the Company of Heroes by Michael J. Durant & The Battle of Mogadishu by Matt Eversmann & Dan Schilling good for a 15 year old to read? Like are they clean enough? Or are there some bad things in the book not suitable for a 15 year old?
