Michael Phelps autograph?

Is there any way that i could send Michael Phelps a letter and would he sign it for me? I'm trying to get a birthday present for my girlfriend and she swims and loves Phelps. If not I will buy it offline, but I think it would be a little more personal if he signed it for her...?
