Buying first car... Help please. :)?

Cute? yep 18 yearold girl wants something cute that'll quit running in 2 weeks. Nah it's been a long day I'm just flipping you sh**. anyway in the 6k range you're looking at something that's got higher milage and is a little bit older probably the early 2000s or late 99s which wouldn't be to bad. for domestics you could probably get a mustang or camaro from a private seller for about that price in that year range. it'll have a v6 but you don't need to be running 100. you could also probably get yourself a firebird or something like that in the year and price range. I don't know weather you think they're "cute" or not but I think they look good...then again I'm a guy. if you want to go foreign with foreign crap you'll have to ask somebody about that because I don't know much about them. Personally I hate foreign cars and think they're all uglier than a squirel that was shot with a 12 gauge at point blank range but that's just me. I've done enough work on them and they're a mess to work on and book on them is high (that's what you'll pay for labor. book is how many hours they give the mechanic to do the job.) they're almost as high as a ford but that's because ford thinks they have to make everything harder than hell to work on. I'd recommend the domestics that I stated above but that's just me. you'll probably get some moron that's the oposite of me...that's why they're a moron!
