How much food for an evening backyard garden Anniversary party? HELP!!!! :(?

If you are going to a gourmet caterer they should be able to tell you all of this. Just remember to have plenty of ice & coolers. If you want to keep it cheap make a two hotel pans of homemade potato salad & coleslaw. Then get two or three large cans of baked beans. Some heat and serve rolls are cheap fillers too. Two cases of frozen burger patties and 40 dogs should do.
