Salon conditioner for thin (low density) and fine (slender) hair, but dry scalp?

I was going to buy Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Shampoo for my dry scalp, and I want to find a conditioner that doesn't have the typical drugstore wax fillers/additives that I think are contributing to the dryness. The Biolage Conditioning Balm is an option, but I hear that it is too heavy for fine hair. In general, wouldn't moisturizing shampoos and conditioners weigh my hair down, and wouldn't volumizing conditioners make it more dry? Please let me know if there is a good conditioner that won't weigh my hair down but also won't dry out my hair.
