I have accidentally hit a few hard potholes recently. Now, every time I hit a small bump, something vibrates!

It is as if the whole bottom part of the vehicle is wobbling or something, and I also noticed that when I put on the brake, the vehicle pulls to the right. Do one of you intelligent mechanics out there have any idea of what I could have done? It didn't start making this noise until after I had hit the potholes. Thanks!
