What happens to party animals after they graduate from college?

I think you might be surprised at what happens to them. I teach at a Research 1 university and I see this all the time. Some of my students come from wealthy families where they don't have to pay a dime to basically be on vacation for four years while they barely skate by, only speaking to me towards the end of the semester when they want extra credit so they can p my cl. I've seen some of these students after graduation and some of them are doing well -- I mean very very well in medical school, graduate school or in some big firm. Then they'll joke about what party-animals they were. But I've also seen the other side. One of my students got her Master's but had no self-discipline when it came to parties, and she works at an ice-cream parlor. I don't know if this answers your question, but I think it depends on what kind of person he or she is on the inside that ultimately decides their fate.
