Baby teeth...?

i was told that when babys are starting to teeth they start munching on whatever they can and they drool alot. well my daughter is only 2 months old and i noticed a couple of days ago that she will suck on her hand or bit at her hand, which she has never ever done that before, and now she has ALOT of saliva, she has been doing this for just about a week accually. when i look into her mouth, way in the back i see white on her gums, but i thought that babys get the front teeth first, i felt around in there and on the side i felt a little poke but i couldnt see it well enough to see if it was a tooth it was so tiny. i tryed to make a doctors appointment for her but her doctor is out of town so they gave me an appointment day for like 2 weeks from now (i hate her doctor in the middle of finding a new one) but i just didnt think that she could be getting her teeth this soon, has anyone ever had a baby that got there teeth really earlyer like this?
