Are Crazy people really crazy?

I think that's the difference with a "normal" person and a "crazy" one. The normal one will know that is wrong and control those impulses and not do it because they know that nothing good will come out of it. The crazy person wont think about it twice, will just do it, giving into their impulses and not see anything wrong with it.
