Desperate... Please Help.?

To make a really long story short,... 8 months ago 3 different docs told me I had an upper resp virus. None suggested blood tests. All said symptoms are obvious and all I can do is let my body heal it'self. I decided to have a hair follicle test done to try and confirm this... of course not indicating about docs diagnose. The hair test came back that I did have an upper resp virus, but no other problems, and it even indicated my immune system was working properly. Through-out this ordeal, my left tonsil has been a bit swollen, my left under-arm gland a bit swollen and tender, and my groin area a tiny bit swollen and tender. Docs say it's ok unless I have a fever. Now I am walking around parranoid that I could get a fever and then what? I am scared to death what this can do to my body walking around with this virus for so long. I watched mystery diagnosis today and this guy suffered for 10 yrs until they finally figured out he had lymphona which was a result of an infection from 30 years prior. So what does this mean for me? What do I do? What can I do? I need all the help I can get because I have to resolve this before it gets bad. Please help. Docs or nurses? Experienced? Naturopaths? Anyone. Thanks.
