B trombone and trombone with f attachment?

first off what is the difference between the two. also i have a tenor trombone and am currently in the market for a trombone that can hit a pedal b flat to a high f (above the bar) also i was wondering with a trombone with an f attachment, how do you play the notes from a low f to a pedal b flat ?
