Death through reckless driving: should this women be given a much stronger sentence for her pathetic excuse?

Yes! It was negligent homicide! Or as I call it murder by stupidity! I support a total ban on cell phone use while driving, unless you use that ear thing! I give my girlfriend heck for it all the time! I also see when I'm out driving most people that almost hit me but I am able to avoid have a phone to their ear! I'm gettin tired of watching out for them. I think rather then making a excuse she should have been saying how sorry she was for taking a life.
