How difficult would it be to keep this baby at age 19?

Im 19 years old and a freshman in college. i found out afew days ago that I am pregnant. Im honestly baffled by how it happened because i have been on the pill for 3 months and he never d in me. i researche donline and found that it may be due to an antibiotic i took that can interfere with the pill. so, not only am i shocked im also dealing with an enormous amount of stress. my parents will be utterly disgusted because last year i became pregnant also (admittedly i was stupid and not on the pill) and i ended up having an abortion they convinced me was neccessary. they strongly dislike my boyfriend and dont even know im still with him. my boyfriend and i are very "up and down" and lately ive realized that ive lost feelings for him. ive always pictured myself getting married and having kids around age 25 once ive graduated and established a career. im very torn between keeping this child or having another abortion. both options kind of suck. im not really considering adoption...
