How much is the following PS3 worth?

One good condition(minor scratches and dings) Backwards compatible with PS2 and PS1Gunmetal Grey PS3 MGS4 edition PS3 with a aftermarket 320GB hard drive(Western Digital 7200RPM), With Approx 20 PS3 games including MGS4, X-Blades, Skate, GTA4, DMC4, Burnout Paradise, heavenly Sword, The Darkness, And a bunch of others. Not all are in the cases but all work. And 37 PS2 games. Not all are in the cases and not all work. With 2 controllers, All the wires plus a HDMI cord. I am debating selling, But know nothing about PS3's as I prefer Xbox 360. Ty for your time.
