How much of this debt limit negotiation gridlock is just partisan politics?
Really, 7 times? When you provide the votes of the Dems in that same time period, you might have something. And in answer to your "supposed" question, YES, it's partisan politics on BOTH sides, also, they have NO control in the Senate. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that we are all being played, and you fell for it EASILY. It is YOUR money they are playing with, does this fact elude you? Apparently it does. You are exactly why corrupt politicians keep getting re-elected. You focus on fighting with your fellow Americans on a partisan level rather than waking the he ll up and realizing that ALL of us will pay the bill, you are NOT IMMUNE. We have a spending problem. FACT. Run away from that one.
