Need help i like some one it about a girl!?

i like this girl devon shes 12 and im 12 i ve known her for about a year and a half i ive like her for like a year. she always laughs at radome stuff i say and my joke. like she said is something wrong with u(she wuz jk) then i wuz like yes the she was giggling, im like how that funny.she laugh at my joke and act diffent around me like she was with her friend and she was like eww at the end of they day 4 no reason. she hang outs with here friend more than me. but she talks to mostly every day. wen she in the hall way we play around sometimes. she looks at me during cl sometimes and we talk often.we be mean to each other in cl and joke around she taller than me. she taller than me.wshe always brings up funni moments from last year and??does she like me?? should i ask her out or wait?? and if shes says no will she like barley talk to me, will is runie our frindship,and regreat saying no but keeping it 2 her self?? i love her
