Should they water board the killer of the late term abortionist?

This weekend the killer stated that he knows plans for other killings in the future. Now the question I ask is.... if it has a chance to get him to talk by water boarding him and possibly saving many lives... is it worth doing? Or do you believe we should ask him nicely to tell us. I think the police should have the ability to water board in the case such as this to save innocent.... or even not so innocent lives?
