If me and 2 friends was out past curfew and one of use had weed and a piple plz help?

ok me and 2 other friends was walkin to another friends house it was at 11:40pm when we was walkin and a cop stoped use and told use we was out past curfew when me and one of my friends was 15 and my other friend was 16 we had been smokin weed and was very high one of my friends had weed on him under 6 grams and 2 beers me and my friend that was 16 had nothing all we was high. but come to fiend out where we was curfew for 15 is 11 and for 16 is midnight so since the gut who had the weed and pipe owned up to it and me and my friend that was 16 had nothin but just been High what all can they do? and what should we say at court? plz help use
