Help please, we found this white pimple on our son's when I pull the skin down, we have given him meds?

and taken him to the GP who said it's abysses as he then had 4 small lumps. Last night when cleaning his to add the 3 ointments given by GP to clear it I noticed that these abysses have now grown and spreading down and larger. The GP said it should clear by Tuesday but if not he has to go see a Urologist? I am petrified, help
